Your weekly dose of cardio chaos. This session is built to push your engine to its limit — think ergs, heart rate, and high output. But we’re not here to be another number.

Full-body disruption comes in hard with the ERG Targets, barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements that break your rhythm and test your grit.

We rotate through structured blocks of 6 - 12 minutes — all-out work designed to maximise intensity and efficiency within the hour.

Week to week, we switch up team numbers, set new targets, and run a leaderboard to bring the edge. Maximum effort. Maximum calorie expenditure. Full energy. Full send. Every time.
